Dolae Matcha is the story of two friends who share the same vision. Passionate about well-being, we believe it's essential to carve out quality time to recharge. The essentials about our ceremonial matcha
Our matcha comes from Kagoshima, in southern Japan. It is from the first harvest and the Saemidori, Okumidori and Asanoka cultivars, renowned for their sweetness and delicate umami.
It is traditionally stone-ground, then freshly ground to order and shipped weekly from Japan.
This is what guarantees its bright green color, its mild taste, and its total absence of bitterness.
